During the LifePlan process, I received both confirmation and encouragement. My LifePlan Guide, Dr. Jeff Adams, facilitated in a way that allowed layers to be peeled back so truth and purpose could be revealed. This authentic discovery gave way to reveal the importance of my story, a place to appreciate and learn from my past, as well as time to focus on intentional living to create my legacy. I left the initial two-day session confident on a path toward my vision; however, Jeff did not leave me to travel alone or without tools. We continued to meet and through our coaching sessions and a personal renewal process, the opportunity for change began to develop, resulting in my new career path as a Senior Training and Development Specialist with Garmin. I am beginning to embrace my story while fulfilling my purpose which is to facilitate learning experiences that transform others to reach their fullest potential professionally and personally.
